Madarihat, 17th February: In an unusual yet interesting incident, a huge wild tusker entered a sweets store and relished its favourite sweets.
As per reports, an elephant came out of Jaldapara forest on Friday night and entered the Madarihat Chowpathi area. Subsequently, the tusker entered the sweets store owned by Rajesh Banik and ate sweets.
Later, the animal quietly left the sweets store. However, the elephant damaged a ‘paan’ shop on the way.
