The West Bengal government on Monday extended restrictions across the state till July 15 in view of the COVID-19 situation. As per the revised orders, the state will remain locked until July 15. However, following relaxations will be allowed:
- All private offices can remain open with 50 percent working capacity, from 10 am to 4 pm. The company has to arrange the transportation of the employees themselves.
- Bazaar/Haat will remain open from 6 am to 12 noon.
- Retail shops will remain open from 11 am to 8 pm.
- Public-private buses, auto and toto will be able to carry 50 percent of total capacity.
- Salon and parlour will be open from 11 am to 6 pm with 50 percent seating capacity provided staff has been vaccinated.
- Gyms to be allowed with 50% capacity from 6 am 10 am and 4 pm to 8 pm.
- Bank to open between 10:00 am-2:00 pm.
- Night curfew will be imposed as before i.e. 9 pm to 5 am.
- All local trains suspended till July 15.
