Siliguri, 10th December: Ward Utsav “Khushi Muskaan” commenced on Friday, January 10, under the initiative of the 18th ward committee of Siliguri Municipal Corporation and will continue up to January 19. In this regard, a colourful procession was held which visited various parts of the city.
Ward No.18 councillor Nikhil Sahani was present during the procession. A competition was held among the children in which each one of them dressed up according to their interests. According to the information received, the best performers will be selected and rewarded by the Ward Utsav (festival) Committee.
