Vivek Chetana Utsav held at the Fulbari High School under Rajganj

Rajganj, 12th January: On the occasion of the 157th birth anniversary of Swami Vivekananda, Vivek Chetana Utsav was organized at the Fulbari High School under Rajganj block on behalf of the Youth Welfare and Sports Department of the Government of West Bengal.
The festival was inaugurated by the State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb through a procession. Various programs including quiz contests, recitation, and drawing competitions were held. Goutam Deb stated that the initiative has been taken to spread the ideals and ideas of Swami Vivekananda among the younger generation.
President of Rajganj Panchayat Samiti Purnima Roy, Education and Sports Officer of Jalpaiguri District Council Devashish Pramanik, Fulbari-2 Gram Panchayat Pradhan Dilip Roy and many more dignitaries were present during the event.
