Nagrakata, 25th July: Sensation prevailed after two pythons were rescued from Haldibari and Karbala tea garden under Banarhat police station.
According to sources, two pythons were sighted in Section 5 of Haldibari Tea Garden and Section 45 of Karbala Tea Garden on Saturday afternoon. Upon receiving the news, the Binnaguri Forest Department workers reached the spot and rescued the snakes. The pythons were later released into the Moraghat forest.
