Siliguri, 06th February: In a recent development, the cops of NJP police station recovered a stolen motorcycle and apprehended two miscreants in connection to the case. The arrested accused have been identified as Mohammad Razzak Islam and Mohammad Habu, residents of Surya Sen Colony in Siliguri.
As per details, previously on Sunday, a two-wheeler was allegedly stolen from the Railway Quarters of Central Colony located under the jurisdiction of the NJP police station. Subsequently, the owner lodged a complaint at the NJP police station. Upon initiating an investigation, the police recovered the motorbike and arrested the accused.
Following an interrogation, the police engaged in further investigation of other possible suspects involved in the incident. Meanwhile, on Tuesday, the accused were produced before the Jalpaiguri Court for legal proceedings.
