Siliguri, 19th February: The Jawans of the 41st Battalion of the SSB arrested two individuals from Ghoshpukur, on Tuesday afternoon, along with five local firearms. The arrested accused have been identified as Mohammed Munna Aziz (28) and Mohammed Matibul (30), residents of Phansidewa. Both the arrested accused have been handed over to the Phansidewa Police for further investigation.
According to the information received from the 41st Battalion of the SSB, the said individuals were arrested after an operation was conducted in Ghoshpukur, under the leadership of Inspector Rakesh Kumar. A motorcycle and two mobile phones along with five local firearms have been seized from their possession.
