Fulbari, 23rd February: A brick-laden truck overturned by the roadside after the driver allegedly lost control near the Amaidighi area adjacent to Fulbari on the Siliguri-Jalpaiguri National Highway early Monday morning.
According to sources, the truck was on its way to Jalpaiguri from Bihar carrying bricks. Upon reaching the Amaidighi area in the early hours, the driver suddenly lost control of the vehicle, causing it to fall into a roadside ditch and overturn. No casualties have been reported in the incident.
Police reached the spot after being informed and began recovery operations to remove the overturned vehicle.
