Alipurduar, 17th February: A fancy initiative has been taken on behalf of the Toto (e-rickshaw) drivers to help the students who will appear for the Madhyamik examinations, which will commence from Tuesday.
108 Toto drivers from Kalchini Hasimara decided to drop the students from their residences to the examination centre and vice-versa free of cost.
