Siliguri, 04th February: On Tuesday, a rally was staged by the TMC activists protesting against various problems of Ward No. 42 under Siliguri Municipal Corporation. The rally commenced near the Gostha Pal statue and headed towards SMC via the Bidhan road. However, the rally was interrupted several times due to traffic congestion.
Ward No. 42 President Jiten Pal stated that traffic congestion is a major issue in Siliguri. He further stated that the administration should take appropriate measures to avoid such problems in the future.
