TMC holds meeting in Rajganj for a successful ‘Brigade Sabha’ on March 10

Rajganj, 01st March: On Tuesday, the members of Trinamool Congress (TMC) organized a meeting on the grounds of Sree Sangha Club in Rajganj in efforts to achieve success in the upcoming ‘Brigade Sabha’. TMC spokesperson Arup Chakraborty addressed the meeting attended by several party members and workers.


During this, Rajganj MLA Khageswar Roy, Zilla Parishad Sabhadhipati Krishna Roy Barman, INTTUC District President Tapan Dey, TMC Rajganj Block President Arindam Banerjee, Sunil Sarkar and others were present.

It has to be noted that the TMC has called for a ‘Brigade Sabha’ on March 10 to protest against the deprivation of Bengal from the central government. In the wake of this, the event has also been termed the ‘Jana Garjana Sabha’. Significantly, apart from deprivation, the TMC will protest against the halting of several public welfare projects including 100 days of work arrears, housing schemes, roadways, and other such services.
