Siliguri, 31st January: ACP Surendra Singh, during a press conference in the Siliguri Police Station, informed that the Siliguri Police arrested three people with stolen goods.
He stated that a complaint was registered regarding the theft of a laptop and mobile phone at Siliguri Police Station, on 7th August 2019. The police, involved in the investigation, had remanded Gulshad Mohammed in connection with the incident. After interrogating Mohammed, the three accused Vicky Balmiki, Pramit Mandal and Subir Sarkar were arrested. However, all of the accused have been arrested in separate cases of robbery.
The ACP further stated that all of the accused have been arrested in the cases registered in the Siliguri Police station on January 24th and 27th. The police have also recovered the stolen goods from their possession.
