Team Animal Helpline initiates sterilization of stray dogs to control animal population

Siliguri, 06th September: Several complaints are being reported by the general public regarding the menace caused by stray dogs. In this context, ‘Animal helpline’ took the initiative to sterilize stray dogs and cats.


A programme was held at the company’s own shelter home in Dagapur, on Sunday. Reportedly, around 50 stray dogs and cats will be sterilized during the two-day camp.


On behalf of Team Animal Helpline, Priya Rudra stated that the only solution to the said problem is population control. She further claimed that the initiative taken on behalf of them is getting a good response from the common people.

Reportedly, Animal Helpline has been working with stray dogs and helpless animals for a long time. Hence, the members are very happy to see the rising awareness among the common people.

    I stay in Martigara dear sir/madam I feel pity for dogs and here we have 5-6 dogs. So if there is any possible way please help us to stray our dogs as well.
