Siliguri, 08th March: ‘Basanta Utsav’ was organized on behalf of the Sushrut Nagar Nava Yuva Sangha Club at the Medical more playground under Matigara-1 Gram Panchayat. Several people participated in the festival.
A procession was also held, which commenced from the said area and toured various parts of the city.
