Birpara, 13th May: The forest workers of the Dalgaon Range Forest Department, based on a tip-off, launched operations at the Garo basty area in Birpara Dalmore and seized a small vehicle loaded with timber. Around 25 CFT wood was recovered from the vehicle.
On the other hand, the forest workers of the Pana Mobile Range recovered stolen timber from the Satali Nakadala area of Kalchini block. However, no arrest has been made so far.
