State Youth Welfare Minister Arup Biswas visits the residence of late Trinamool activist Bhombol Ghosh.

Jalpaiguri, 04th March: The State Youth Welfare Minister Arup Biswas and the State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb visited the residence of the deceased Trinamool activist Bhombol Ghosh.


It is to recall, Bhombol Ghosh was severely injured in a political conflict that occurred in the Husludanga Bazaar, Maynaguri on February 14. He was then admitted to a private nursing home of Siliguri, where he succumbed to his injuries on February 22.

Yesterday, the aforementioned ministers visited the residence of the deceased and held conversations with Ghosh’s mother Kanan Bala Ghosh and younger brother Sanjay Ghosh. A memorial meeting was then held at the Husludanga Bazaar, Maynaguri. The TMC workers and many more people were present during the meeting.


Besides, Ghosh’s family members requested minister Arup Biswas to employ any one member of their family and also demanded the development of the Husludanga area as it was Bhombol’s last wish.
