Siliguri, 06th April: In view of the coronavirus outbreak, the State Tourism Minister Goutam Deb held a review meeting along with the Principal of North Bengal Medical College-Hospital, Hospital Superintendent, Head of the Department of Medicine, Dean (Student Affairs), doctors and the health workers. Various discussions were held during the meeting regarding COVID-19.
As per the report, the Minister handed over masks and sanitizers donated by various people amid the lockdown to the hospital authorities. Besides, the Minister also stated that other protective gear will be given to the Medical College authorities within the upcoming 2-3 days.
