Naxalbari, 06th February: On Tuesday, Maniram Gram Panchayat (GP) Pradhan Goutam Ghosh officially inaugurated the solar energy-powered drinking water project in Nehal-Dayaram and Jhapu Jote of Naxalbari. Notably, the project has been initiated to resolve the drinking water issues of the residents.
According to reports, the project has been completed in two years with an estimated budget of Rs 11 lakh. The recent development would ensure pure drinking water for the general public.
Significantly, before this, ten solar energy-powered drinking water projects were inaugurated in Maniram Gram Panchayat, while, six more projects are in progress. After the inauguration, the residents are elated to receive pure drinking water.
