Naxalbari, 10th April: In an incident that has sent a chill down the spine of the residents of Phansidewa’s Chhota Pathuram, the skull of a young woman who died a few months ago was allegedly stolen from her grave.
While performing the morning rituals this morning, the priest of Bhatan Jote cemetery noticed that the soil of the ground had been dug up. Upon being notified, the cops of Phansidewa police station reached the spot to investigate the matter.
Local panchayat member strongly condemned the incident and raised the demand for a proper police inquiry.
