Siliguri Municipal Corporation celebrated birth anniversary of Nepali poet Bhanubhakta Acharya

Siliguri, 13th July:  Siliguri Municipal Corporation (SMC) commemorated the birth anniversary of prominent Nepali poet Bhanubhakta Acharya. Today, Mayor Goutam Deb and Deputy Mayor Ranjan Sarkar paid tribute to the poet by offering garlands to his idol in the Siliguri Junction area. The event witnessed the presence of SMC Chairman Pratul Chakraborty, Mayor Councilors, and other council members. Additionally, the Mayor took the opportunity to discuss the biography and achievements of Bhanubhakta Acharya. The program was graced by the presence of school students as well.
