Siliguri, 06th January: An underground water reservoir has been set up in addition to a fire safety system at the Siliguri District Hospital.
On Monday, the officials of the Excise department inspected the fire safety system along with the water line in the presence of the hospital authorities. The staff was taught measures to extinguish fire.
The Hospital superintendent Amitabh Mandal was present during the event. He stated that the system has been properly checked after the completion of the work.
