Phansidewa, 19th June: Sikkim Chief Minister Prem Singh Tamang (Golay), today, attended the annual Puja of Pahari Mata at Hari Mandir under Phansidewa block, following which, he offered prayers at the temple.
According to reports, the Chief Minister, along with nine priests from Rajasthan and two priests from Siliguri offered prayers, which lasted for about three hours at the Pahari Mata Mandir. In this regard, Temple Committee Secretary, Santosh Kumar Roy revealed that the Chief Minister visits the temple every year for worship. He added that CM Prem Singh Golay would visit on June 28 again and complete the Puja and also take part in Narayan Seva, Kumari Puja, and various other programs.
