Siliguri, 12th March: A tragic incident surfaced where several students have been injured in a school bus accident in Siliguri.
As per reports, on Tuesday, a school bus lost control and collided with the wall of a non-government English medium school in Shanti Nagar area of Siliguri. Consequently, a number of students on board the bus were injured. Regarding the incident, the locals alleged that both the driver and conductor of the bus were in an inebriated state and the bus went past the area at a high speed.
Upon receiving the news, the Ashighar Outpost police arrived at the spot, took the bus driver and conductor into custody, and transported them to the police station.
