Siliguri, 09th January: BJP state president Samik Bhattacharya will address a public meeting on Saturday at the Dhakeshwari Kali Mandir ground, located along the Eastern Bypass in the Dabgram–Fulbari Assembly constituency. Preparations for the programme are currently underway.
On Friday, Dabgram-Fulbari BJP MLA Sikha Chatterjee visited the venue and reviewed the arrangements. During the inspection, she interacted with organisers and issued necessary instructions to ensure the smooth conduct of the event.
The public meeting, being organised as part of the party’s ‘Parivartan Sankalp Sabha’, aims to take the BJP’s message directly to the people. Party sources said that keeping the upcoming elections in focus, important guidelines may also be shared with party workers and leaders during the meeting.
There is visible enthusiasm among BJP workers and supporters regarding the programme, and political observers expect a large turnout at the public meeting.
