Alipurduar, 16th January: Road Safety Week is being observed in various areas of the Alipurduar district under the aegis of the Alipurduar District Police. In view of this, a procession was staged on behalf of the Jaigaon Police Station at the Dalsingpara area. The students of Dalsingpara Shree Ganesh Vidhyalaya Hindi High School and Jaigaon Traffic OC and Civic Volunteers raised traffic awareness by joining the procession.
Meanwhile, the Hasimara Traffic Police provided helmets to the drivers, driving without helmets, and requested them to follow the traffic rules.
