Siliguri, 17th February: The price of petrol crossed Rs 90 and diesel crossed Rs 83. As a result, the common people in Siliguri are facing a hard time managing their expenses.
The price of petrol and diesel has been rising continuously for the last four weeks. Today, the price of petrol and diesel stands at Rs 90.50 and Rs 83.27 respectively.
The citizens fear that the petrol price will cross Rs 100 in a day or two. On the other hand, the drivers of the freight vehicles said that the vehicle fares are still the same. As a result, they are facing extreme losses.
