Siliguri, 13th June: Ashok Bhattacharya, former Mayor of the city and presiding Chairman of the Board of Administrators, after suffering a mild illness a few days ago, is now healthy and resting at home on the doctor’s advice.
In a conversation with the representative of Siliguri Times, Bhattacharya stated that he is healthy and is presently resting at home.
Last Thursday, after experiencing a shift in his body temperature, Ashok Bhattacharya immediately reached out to the doctors for medical attention. The news spread like wildfire creating a stir in the entire region. However, today, through a telephonic conversation, Bhattacharya informed Siliguri Times that he is healthy.
