Siliguri, 16th April: Despite the nation-wide lockdown, several e-rickshaws (Toto) are regularly being sighted on the streets of Siliguri.
In this regard, the NJP police once again launched operations in various areas of the city on Thursday morning and detained several e-rickshaw (toto) drivers. People without mouth masks were also detained by the police. However, the violators were released later on bail.
NJP police stated that such operations will continue regularly during the entire lockdown period.
