Darjeeling, 10th April: The Darjeeling Government Hospital premises and ATMs around the town were sanitized under the leadership of Gorkha Janmukti Morcha Central Committee Chairman Binay Tamang, today.
The GJM Chairman Binay Tamang himself has been taking the initiative to ensure that the virus does not spread in the hills. Tamang stated that public interest lies above all, hence the GJM along with the Gorkhaland Territorial Administration (GTA) are continuously working for the benefit of the public.
The Morcha leader said that there was less stock of PPE and infrared thermometer but the GTA would be providing it with one consignment having come in Siliguri. He said that the entire demand could not be fulfilled as there was less supply.
