Siliguri, 10th April: In a significant breakthrough,the cops of Pradhan Nagar police station conducted a raid and apprehended four miscreants. The accused have been identified as Sunil Tamang, Sagar Tamang, Kamal Rai, and Shubham Vishwakarma.
Reportedly, Sunil Tamang is a resident of Milan More, Sagar Tamang Rambi, Kamal Rai from Matigara, and Shubham Vishwakarma is a resident of Kalimpong.
Upon receiving a tip-off, that a gang of about ten miscreants were planning a robbery in the Siliguri Junction area on Wednesday night, Pradhan Nagar police conducted a raid posing as civilian. Upon sensing police presence, some miscreants managed to flee, however, the police caught four miscreants.
During the search, the police recovered several weapons used in the robbery plan from their possession. On Thursday, all the four accused have been produced in the Siliguri court. Currently, the police are investigating the entire matter.
