Siliguri, 31st May: In a significant operation, Pradhan Nagar police have arrested three individuals suspected of planning a major crime. The accused, identified as Shibu Pal, Mohammad Farooq, and Mohammad Buddha, were apprehended during a police patrol on Thursday night.
Police sources revealed that the suspects were spotted at the Mahananda River ground in Kuli Para, under Ward No. 01. Acting swiftly, officers from Pradhan Nagar police station nabbed the trio during their campaign, preventing a potential criminal incident.
The arrested individuals were presented in Siliguri court on Friday. At present, the authorities are engaged in further investigation.
