Naxalbari, 17th October: Naxalbari police have seized two sand-laden tractors involved in illegal quarrying. Police intercepted the said two tractors from Naxalabari’s Atal adjacent to Chenga River. However, on seeing the police, both the drivers fled from the spot.
Meanwhile, the tractors were brought to the police station and Naxalbari police have started probing into the whole matter.
