Phansidewa, 31st August: As protests erupt all across the state over the R.G. incident, Phansidewa Block Trinamool Congress (TMC) organized a march demanding punishment for those responsible for the brutal rape and murder at R.G. Kar Hospital.
The demonstration witnessed participation from Phansidewa Block TMC Sabhapati Akhtar Ali, Anchal Sabhapati Chandan Kumar Roy, Purnima Roy, along with others.
During the march, Sabhapati Akhtar Ali slammed the BJP and stated that the party had no place in the state. They further demanded to identify the culprits of the R.G. Kar case and hang them.
