OSD Dr Susanta Roy holds meeting with health officials to prevent dengue

Siliguri, 07th June: Dr Susanta Roy, OSD of Department of Public Health of North Bengal, held a meeting with health officials in Uttar Kanya in regards to the dengue outbreak. Reportedly, numerous cases of dengue are being reported from various areas including Siliguri, however mostly are from Jalpaiguri district. The OSD said that several steps will be taken to control the disease and necessary actions are being undertaken to prevent water logging in the city.
