Siliguri, 03rd May: Bhakti Nagar police exposed an online drugs trafficking operating in Siliguri. In this regard, police apprehended and arrested two delivery boys. The arrested have been identified as Pramir Lama (38) and Suresh Shah (47), both residents of Champasari.
According to reports, this afternoon, both the accused had reached National Highway 31, under Bhakti Nagar Police station by scooty to deliver drugs after receiving online orders. Acting on a tip-off, the undercover cops launched an operation and apprehended a scooty. Upon searching, huge quantity of banned injections and tablets were recovered from the duo’s possession after which they were arrested. Both the accused will be produced before the Jalpaiguri Court tomorrow, while the matter is currently under investigation.
