Kharibari, 25th June: Jawans of SSB’s 41st Battalion Kadomnijot A Company arrested a person with 500 grams of brown sugar on Ghoshpukur-Bagdogra National Highway. After primary interrogation, the arrested along with the seized drugs was handed over to the Phansidewa police.
Based on a tip-off regarding a consignment of brown sugar, the SSB 41st Battalion jawans conducted an operation along the Ghoshpukur-Bagdogra National Highway under the leadership of Inspector-In-Charge Ajay Upadhyay. During this, a motorbike holding WB-74-AE-4774 number was stopped and searched by the jawans and five packets of drugs were recovered.
