Modi intends to take credit for all projects initiated by UPA government: Former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal

Siliguri, 29th April: Former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal, while addressing the media at Bagdogra Airport today, alleged that Prime Minister Modi intends to take credit for all the projects initiated by the UPA government. Bansal is on his way to Jalpaiguri to attend a program organized by the Teesta Bachao Manch.


Upon his arrival at the airport, Bansal was welcomed by former MLA Shankar Malakar, Jalpaiguri Congress leader Pinaki Sengupta, Matigara Block President of Congress Subrata Kundu, Abhiraj Subba, District Youth Congress President Rohit Tiwari, and others.

Speaking to reporters, Bansal criticized the Modi government, stating that the Prime Minister is taking credit for projects that were initiated by former Prime Minister Manmohan Singh’s government ten years ago. He also pointed out that the bullet train project was first proposed during Manmohan Singh’s tenure.
