Siliguri, 05th November: A workers’ meeting was organized in Siliguri by the West Bengal Police Welfare Committee to understand and address the issues faced by police personnel.
The meeting was held at Salbari in Siliguri on Tuesday. While the police are known to listen to and resolve public concerns, the question arises as to who will address the challenges faced by the police themselves. In light of this, the West Bengal Police Welfare Committee took a special initiative to discuss the grievances of police personnel and explore potential solutions.
The meeting was attended by Bijitash Raut, the Convener of the West Bengal Police Welfare Committee, along with other committee members. Convener Bijitash Raut stated that the primary aim of the meeting was to discuss the problems faced by police personnel, and he noted that the response from attendees has been very positive.
