Bagdogra, 25th November: A tragic incident surfaced where an individual lost his life after being hit by a train in College Para adjacent to Gossaipur in Bagdogra. The deceased has been identified as Chittaranjan Roy, a resident of the said area and a lottery seller by profession.
As per reports, the locals spotted the deceased body on the railway line on Friday evening and informed the authorities. Upon receiving the news, Railway Police and cops of Bagdogra Police Station arrived at the spot and recovered the body. At present, the police are engaged in further investigation.
