Jalpaiguri, 18th August: In a horrifying incident, Satyen Roy attacked his friend Bhabesh Bhuiya with an axe after a conflict broke out between the two, on Monday night. The incident surfaced from Maynaguri’s Amguri village.
As per the report, on Monday night, the duo was at home drinking alcohol. Conflict broke out between the two when Bhabesh allegedly asked for a beedi to Satyen’s mother. Infuriated by the disrespectful act, Satyen attacked Bhabesh with an axe.
Bhabesh was then rushed to the Maynaguri Hospital, where the doctors declared him dead.
Meanwhile, the police have arrested the accused Satyen Roy. An investigation has been launched into the whole incident.
