Siliguri, 15th February: Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee congratulated 37 winning Trinamool candidates and party leaders in Uttarkanya, on Tuesday.
The CM asked Goutam Deb to set up a monitoring cell. The work of councilors will be scrutinized. Besides, she said that if there is any allegation against anyone, it will be investigated.
