Siliguri, 27th December: A ‘special trip’ has been launched at the Mahananda Sanctuary as a New Year gift for the tourists. This special trip commenced from December 25 and will continue till January 01. During the evening, tourists will get the opportunity to visit the sanctuary.
Reportedly, huge crowds were spotted for jungle safari following the launch of the special trip. The officials of Mahananda Wildlife Sanctuary are very hopeful that the ‘special trip’ will be successful.
Tourists have been requested to book tickets online on behalf of the sanctuary. The tickets are priced at Rs 300 per head. 13 people can board a bus at a time and can enjoy the beauty of the sanctuary.
It is to be noted that on November 27, Jungle safari started at the Mahananda Sanctuary in Sukna. The forest department has made arrangements to let people view the beauty of wildlife, forests, and mountains.
