Siliguri, 04th May: After the government passed the directive regarding the opening of liquor shops from 3 pm to 6 pm in the Red Zones during the third phase of the lockdown, long queues were spotted near the liquor shops in different parts of Siliguri.
However, strict surveillance is being kept by the police and the excise department to ensure whether social distancing is being maintained.
