Kurseong, 06th August: Rapid Antigen Testing for COVID-19 will be conducted in different areas of Kurseong keeping in view the increasing number of coronavirus positive cases. As of now, swab test was being conducted in Kurseong Sub-district hospital.
According to Health Department Sukna BPHC Dr Hasibul Mallick, the result of the Rapid Antigen Test will be given in just one hour. The initiative has been taken for the convenience of the people. He further informed that the test will be conducted in different areas under Kurseong subdivision.
Reportedly, a Rapid Antigen Test was conducted in Sukna yesterday. Out of the 65 people tested, 01 migrant labour who had come from Cooch Behar tested positive. Likewise, 49 tests were conducted in Dudhia-Pankhabari today, where an SSB personnel, who recently had come home on leave, tested positive.

07th August, 2020 – Tindharia Chunabhatti and Shankar Niwas Sub-Centre
10th August, 2020 – Tindharia Rajbari and Ghayabari
11th August, 2020 – Mahanadi and Giddhapahar
12th August, 2020 – Makaibari and Ambotia
13th August, 2020 – St. Mary’s, Singell and Rinchingtong
14th August, 2020 – Khaharay and Dilaram
17th August, 2020 – Rohini and Chimney
18th August, 2020 – Bagora and Turyok
19th August, 2020 – Sittong, Latpanchar and Lanku
20th August, 2020 – Malootar
