Siliguri, 23rd July: Taking the place of Bikash Ranjan Sarkar, Kuntal Roy has been appointed as the President of the Darjeeling District (Plains) Trinamool Yuva Congress.
On the other hand, Bikash Ranjan Sarkar has been designated as the new General Secretary of the West Bengal Trinamool Yuva Congress.
