Siliguri, 21st January: A three-day kitchen workshop kickstarted from Monday, at the Buddha Bharati School in Siliguri, under which a practice class of the workshop was conducted, today.
In this workshop, the mid-day meal cooks are being informed about the different ways to cook delicious food using fewer oil and spices.
The Principal of Buddha Bharati School, Swapnendu Nandi, stated that mid-day meal cooks of 14 high schools and primary schools under the Siliguri Municipal Corporation are being trained in the workshop.
