Rajganj, 13th April: Trinamool Congress (TMC) candidate Khageswar Roy conducted an electoral public relations campaign with tea garden workers in Saraswatipur and Sitarampur under Rajganj assembly constituency, on Tuesday.
Addressing the workers, the Rajganj assembly candidate said that the TMC government has always worked in favour of tea garden workers. He highlighted various projects like increasing the minimum wage of the workers and the Chai Sundari Scheme.
During this period Indian National Trinamool Trade Union Congress (INTTUC) Jalpaiguri district acting president Tapan Dey, Mantadari Anchal head Deepak Vishwas, Lalit Roy, Mosharraf Hussain, and many other activists were present.
