Jatiyatabadi Railway Hawker’s Union submits memorandum to Railway officer supporting various demands

Siliguri, 23rd May: While the state is under lockdown due to the second wave of coronavirus, hawkers are not allowed to enter the NJP station complex. For this reason, the Jatiyatabadi Railway Hawker’s Union submitted a memorandum to the railway officer today.


Reportedly the hawkers have been banned from entering the NJP station premises to contain the spread of coronavirus. Due to this, traders are facing problems and are under crisis. The hawkers demanded to allow them to carry out business following the government guidelines through the said memorandum.
