Siliguri, 28th September: The Inner Wheel Club of Siliguri Uttorayon inaugurated potable water filters for common people in the area adjacent to the customs office of Panitanki on the Indo-Nepal border.
Naxalbari Deputy Commissioner of Customs, L.T. Sherpa inaugurated the plant on Wednesday and was accompanied by Siliguri’s Inner Wheel Club and Siliguri Uttorayon President Pooja Agarwal, Shweta Agarwal, Handru Oraon, Krishna Roy, and others.
During this, Pooja Agarwal said that the potable water filter will help in quenching the thirst of common people and drivers of different vehicles plying on the road.
