Hundreds of families join BJP ahead of Lok Sabha elections in Rajganj

Rajganj, 06th April: In a recent political development ahead of the Lok Sabha polls, hundreds of families left Communist Party of India (Marxist) (CPIM) and Trinamool Congress (TMC) and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) in Rajganj.


Reportedly, on Saturday, a ‘Yogdan Sabha’ was organised at Simulguri Gram Panchayat of Mantadari Gram Panchayat of Rajganj block. During this, hundreds of families extended support to the BJP leadership.

The Sabha witnessed the presence of BJP Sabhapati of Rajganj block Nitai Mondal, BJP’s Uttar Mandal Sabhapati Arjun Mondal, Mrigen Roy, Badal Roy and others.


In this regard, BJP leader Debashish Dey stated that the families extensively joined from TMC and CPIM to participate in the development of PM Modi’s government. He added that the support would further strengthen the position of the party in the area ahead of the Lok Sabha elections.
